As a Landscape Team Member you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, applying your skills in landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping. You will be responsible for ensuring our landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing, all while adhering to safety protocols and utilizing a variety of tools and equipment. Whether you're passionate about plant care or enjoy working with power tools, this role provides a rewarding environment to grow your expertise. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep outdoor spaces pristine Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and power tools safely and efficiently Assist with planting, transplanting, watering, fertilizing, and identifying various plants and shrubs Follow safety procedures diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries Experience Previous outdoor work experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance is preferred Familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment operation such as mowers, trimmers, hand tools, and power tools Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify plant health issues or pests early on Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards outdoor grounds upkeep Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into lush, inviting environments!
