Part-Time Farm Landscaper / Grounds Maintenance Rodeo Cannabis Co. is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to help maintain the appearance and upkeep of our farm property in Morris, CT . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and well maintained. Responsibilities Mow grass using commercial equipment Trim weeds and edges around buildings, fences, and fields Prune shrubs and small trees Clean up leaves, branches, and debris Assist with general landscaping and property maintenance Maintain walking paths, parking areas, and outdoor workspaces Perform other outdoor labor as assigned Qualifications Experience with landscaping, lawn care, or farm work preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from the farm Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Schedule Part-Time Approximately 20-32 hours per week Flexible weekday schedule Additional hours may be available Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience If you enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a growing agricultural operation, we'd love to hear from you.
