The Ground Maintenance Worker I is responsible for supporting site cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep. This role includes manual labor, use of hand tools, and basic equipment operation to maintain the grounds around the plant and equipment areas. This position works under direct supervision and supports a productive, hazard-free work environment.

Hours :

Monday

• Friday 6:00 a.m.
• 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays, as needed, 6:00 am
• 12:00 p.

At least 18 years of age Minimum high school diploma or GED Ability to lift 50 lbs Attention to detail and task completion Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions Strong communication and ability to follow directions Team player with a good work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Clean around plant and operating equipment
• Remove debris, snow, sand, leaves, and other materials using shovels, rakes, and brooms
• Maintain catwalks and scales free from snow, ice, leaves, and obstructions
• Mow grass, trim bushes, and assist with general landscaping
• Keep storage trailers, garages, and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with small maintenance tasks as assigned
• Operate sweeper or water truck under supervision (if trained)

Pay:

$27.35

• $29.

35 per hour
