Job Summary Join our dynamic landscaping team as we are hiring for both a crew member & Crew leader position, where you'll play a vital role in creating and/or maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This energetic position combines hands-on work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You'll be actively involved in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping tasks while guiding team members to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities Landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, weeding, planting, and groundskeeping to ensure pristine outdoor environments. Operate a variety of landscaping equipment and power tools safely and efficiently, including trimmers, blowers, lawnmowers, and other tools. Enforce safety procedures across all tasks to maintain a secure work environment for team members; conduct safety briefings regularly. Support team members by providing training on groundskeeping techniques, equipment operation, and plant care best practices. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating grounds maintenance equipment and hand tools. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including mowing, pruning, planting, and lawn care. Familiarity with horticulture principles such as plant identification, soil preparation, and pest management. Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with a focus on safety protocol adherence. Ability to operate irrigation systems and troubleshoot issues effectively. Skilled in using power tools safely for landscaping projects and hardscape installations. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to guide teams while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
