Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Lawn Crew Leader and take charge of creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will lead a team of lawn care and landscape maintenance professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery across various projects. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, uphold safety standards, and drive efficiency in all aspects of landscape upkeep. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily lawn care, landscaping, and maintenance activities for multiple sites Lead crew members in operating equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems with safety and precision Oversee landscape construction projects including planting, soil preparation, and installation of features like edging or mulch beds Ensure proper tree care practices are followed, including pruning and health assessments Maintain high standards of horticulture and gardening by monitoring plant health and implementing appropriate care routines Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and efficient workflow Assist with training new team members on landscape maintenance techniques and safety procedures Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or related outdoor work environments Supervising or leadership experience in landscaping or construction settings preferred Strong knowledge of horticulture, gardening practices, and tree care techniques Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plus Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward common goals Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods Join us to lead a talented crew dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
