Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, independent Landscaping Subcontractor (1099) to manage established monthly residential garden maintenance routes across D.C. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling to supplement your current crew's capacity or fill open days in your calendar, delivering high hourly yield for focused quality work.

What We Offer High-Yield Revenue:

$55-$60 per property (average job completion time: 45-60 minutes).

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

2+ years of professional gardening or landscape maintenance experience.

Equipment & Vehicle:

Must own a reliable truck, van, or trailer to transport tools and haul green waste.
