As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining landscapes, ensuring the beauty and health of outdoor spaces. This position requires a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. Duties Perform mowing and landscape maintenance tasks to keep properties looking pristine. Engage in tree care activities, including trimming and pruning as needed. Execute groundskeeping duties such as digging, planting, and maintaining flower beds. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition. Skills Experience in mowing, landscape maintenance, and lawn care is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and operating landscaping equipment. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Attention to detail to ensure high standards of work quality. Willingness to learn new skills related to groundskeeping and landscape management.
