Job Requirements:

You must be at least 18 years old Pre-employment background check and drug test is required Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Have reliable transportation to and from work 1 Year Minimum of landscape maintenance experience Ability to drive work trucks and trailers, back up a truck and trailer Maintaining Commercial & Residential Properties ensuring they are up to company standards Prior experience safely using the following tools: stand on/zero turn mowers, line trimmer, edger, backpack blower, backpack sprayer, shovel, hedge trimmer, etc. Experience in safety management and staff supervision Lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally. Stable employment history and favorable employment references, including excellent attendance and punctuality Bilingual English/Spanish; not required; but a plus Plant knowledge is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers Communicate and follow instruction from Foreman and Operations Manager Ensure equipment is in working order and properly maintained Keep trucks and equipment clean and in working order, report any equipment issues to Operations Manager Maintain equipment trailer

Must be a team player Detail orientated Great attitude Decision making/collaboration Conduct him/herself in an appropriate manner at all times
