We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Crew Member. The Grounds Maintenance Crew member's primary responsibility is the beautification and maintenance of our Campus. Fleet Landing has over 140 healthcare beds including a post-acute unit, home health, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care. WELLInspired™ - Benefits

Key Responsibilities Assists team members with mowing, edging, pruning, weed control and general clean-up.
Ensure campus utility vehicles and equipment remain clean and in working order, including preventative maintenance.
Skillfully and safely uses manually and power operated tools or equipment to perform installation, maintenance and cleaning projects.
Strong working knowledge and ability to operate heavy equipment.
Ensures all crew members perform their work safely and wears and uses all PPE as directed.
Ability to positively represent the community by interacting with community residents and colleagues in a polite and professional manner.
