We specialize in residential and commercial landscaping, offering a range of services including maintenance, design, and installation. Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Crew Member. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscaping, groundskeeping, and general outdoor maintenance. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with irrigation and watering of plants, trees, and gardens Perform tree trimming and pruning as needed Utilize power tools and equipment for landscaping tasks Dig holes for planting and install hardscape features Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter Perform general groundskeeping duties such as mowing, edging, and weeding Assist with the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred but not required Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely Knowledge of basic horticulture practices and techniques Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Mechanical knowledge is a plus
