Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, hands-on and motivated Working Manager to lead a small lawn care team of three employees in Florida. This is a working management position : the Manager will supervise the team while also actively participating in daily lawn care and landscaping operations. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, physically active, customer-focused and comfortable leading a small team in an outdoor environment. The Working Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to the company's quality standards. Key Responsibilities Team Management Supervise and coordinate a team of three lawn care employees. Assign daily tasks, routes and responsibilities. Organize the team's daily schedule and ensure jobs are completed on time. Train new employees on equipment, procedures and company standards. Monitor employee performance, attendance and punctuality. Lead by example and maintain a positive, professional team environment. Report any employee issues or operational concerns to management. Lawn Care & Field Operations Participate directly in lawn care and landscaping work. Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing and general property maintenance. Ensure lawns and properties are maintained according to company standards. Inspect completed work and correct any quality issues. Ensure equipment and vehicles are properly used and maintained. Help load and unload equipment and materials when necessary. Customer Service Maintain professional and courteous relationships with customers. Communicate with customers regarding scheduled services and specific property needs. Identify and report potential issues, additional work opportunities or customer concerns. Represent the company professionally at all times. Safety & Compliance Ensure employees follow company safety procedures. Promote safe operation of lawn care equipment and vehicles. Ensure appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Follow all applicable Florida regulations and company policies. Report accidents, injuries, property damage or equipment issues immediately. Administrative Responsibilities Complete daily job and work reports. Track employee hours and attendance. Report equipment maintenance and supply needs. Communicate daily operational updates to the Owner / General Manager. Assist with inventory and equipment organization. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping or property maintenance preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Ability to operate commercial lawn care equipment safely. Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred. Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions. Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work. Reliable, punctual and organized. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions in the field. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong advantage. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
