Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional lawn care services. This role involves working outdoors and requires a strong understanding of groundskeeping practices, landscape maintenance, and the use of power tools. As a Lawn Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. Duties Perform comprehensive lawn care services, including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding. Maintain and irrigate lawns to ensure optimal health and appearance. Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming, and weeding. Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping projects. Assist in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and decorative elements. Monitor plant health and address any pest or disease issues promptly. Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations. Qualifications Previous experience in groundskeeping or lawn care is preferred but not required. Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques. Familiarity with various power tools used in landscaping work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
