PM Compensation:

$18-$22 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day groundskeeping, lawn care, plant maintenance, and landscape installation tasks outdoors as part of a crew under the direction of a Crew Leader to safely routine maintenance and property enhancements.

Lawn Care & Maintenance:

Mow, edge, weed-eat, and blow off lawn areas using commercial-grade equipment.

Garden & Plant Care:

Weed garden beds, plant trees, shrubs, and seasonal flowers, spread mulch and topsoil, and prune shrubs/small trees.

Property Upkeep:

Rake leaves, collect and dispose of green waste/trash, and perform seasonal cleanups (fall/spring).

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate hand tools and power equipment, including mowers, string trimmers, hedge clippers, and blowers.

Basic Hardscaping Support:

Assist with laying sod, installing pavers, placing gravel, and setting up garden borders or irrigation lines.

Safety & Care:

Follow all safety guidelines, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and ensure tools and vehicles are properly maintained and stored.

Skills & Other Qualifications:

Prior experience in landscaping or lawn care preferred , but on-the-job training is provided for motivated candidates. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, walk long distances, bend, stoop, and perform hard physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to adhere to attendance policy and ability to work within a team environment. Valid drivers license and MVR check preferred (required if driving company trucks/trailers).
