Garden Associate responsibilities include but are not limited to the following : Responsible for assisting customers with all of their shopping needs including assisting customers in the selection, demonstration, preparation, and loading of merchandise Assist in daily plant maintenance, watering, and restocking Assist with upkeep of the many display gardens on the property Operates small hand tools and equipment Have ability to lift heavy cartons from the floor to overhead racks Front and face merchandise on shelves as directed by their manager The minimum physical requirements for this position include: Ability to stand for an extended period of time Bending, climbing, and twisting are routine; the position requires the ability to retrieve, stock, and move product Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds Benefits for
