Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of tree work, demonstrating proficiency with heavy equipment and tools. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment on site. With that being said, we need you to have the mind set to learn and take direction. Duties Operate heavy equipment including loaders and chipers safely and efficiently. Operate hand tools and power tools for various projects. Assist with rigging operations to ensure safe lifting of materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Proven experience in tree work site environments is preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment and chainsaw operation is essential. Ability to demonstrate competency in rigging and cleanup tasks safely.
