•a plus but not required Troubleshoot and repair irrigation issues Weekly lawn and landscape maintenance Mulch, sod, and plant installations General outdoor labor and equipment operation What We Need Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Must have a driver's license Must be dependable and able to work independently Comfortable working outdoors Competitive pay, steady schedule, and a solid team environment.
