We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape/Lawn Maintenance Foreman to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive weekly rate with potential performance based bonuses. Candidates MUST possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. As a Landscape Foreman, you will play a vital role in leading and supervising our landscape maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team environment. Our shifts start promptly at 6:00 AM and typically last 8 to 10 hours, including a lunch break.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a crew of gardeners and landscapers to ensure efficient and high-quality landscape maintenance services. Perform and oversee grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns using various motorized equipment. Utilize pruning techniques to maintain shrubs and ornamental landscape features in optimal condition. Assist with light plant installation and beautification to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the landscapes. Conduct routine grounds maintenance activities, ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned areas. Load and unload equipment and tools into vehicles and trailers, ensuring proper organization and storage. Drive work vehicles to and from worksites, adhering to all company safety standards and traffic regulations. Provide guidance and training to crew members, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a landscape foreman or similar leadership role. Possession of a valid driver's license is required. Strong knowledge of grounds maintenance techniques, equipment operation, and plant care. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in adhering to safety standards and promoting a safe work environment. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
