Responsible for the routine care, aesthetic upkeep, and safety of the exterior grounds surrounding commercial properties. Operate equipment such as mowers and power tools to maintain lawns, gardens, trees, and pathways. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, tree trimming, planting, and gardening to enhance the visual appeal of outdoor spaces. Follow all safety protocols diligently while operating machinery to prevent accidents or injuries. Experience Prior outdoor work experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Knowledge related to power tools, lawn care equipment, and grounds maintenance machinery is highly desirable. Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, pruning, planting, and tree care is a plus. Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols is essential.
