Our team of skilled designers, certified arborists, and landscape professionals work on a diverse range of residential, commercial, and public projects, ensuring excellence in every detail. Job Summary We are seeking Lawn Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful landscapes through mowing, trimming, planting, and other landscape maintenance tasks. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional outdoor environments that meet our clients' highest standards. Duties Mowing and edging of lawns, trimming hedges, fertilization and weed control of assigned jobs Ensure safety by maintaining all safety standards and wearing proper safety equipment (PPE), proper work clothes and boots Conduct routine irrigation wet checks to ensure sprinkler systems are functioning properly Inspect area to ensure work is complete and the area is clean after each job; Report all accidents, incidents and/or injuries to management the same day of occurrence no matter how small or significant; Verify daily and weekly hours worked, sign weekly hours report each Friday Attend weekly safety meetings as scheduled; have a clear understanding of safety rules, standards and guidelines; Participate in company safety incentives, meetings and activities Experience Previous lawn maintenance, landscape or farming experience preferred Knowledge of, training and previous use of commercial mowers, weed eaters, edgers and hedge trimmers while maintaining all safety rules and standards Ability to comprehend verbal instructions Bilingual communication in English and Spanish a plus, not required Provide excellent customer service both internal and external Ability to visualize and diagnose malfunctions and maintain machinery Capable of physical, manual labor, including but not limited to balancing, carrying, loading and unloading equipment and materials; Ability to lift heavy material and equipment; Ability to work outdoors and in varied climates; Is consistently at work on time Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of status or position
Pay:
$18.25 - $21.00 per hour
