Job Description
Overview CPM Lawn Care and Landscaping is hiring Lawn Care Laborers to assist with daily lawn maintenance for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on outdoor position focused on production, reliability, and teamwork. If you enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a solid crew, this is a great opportunity for steady, year-round employment. Duties Assist with mowing, edging, string trimming, and blowing Perform general lawn and landscape maintenance Load and unload equipment and materials Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Supervisors Follow all safety procedures and company standards Maintain a professional attitude on job sites Qualifications Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (not required) Strong work ethic and dependability Ability to perform physical outdoor work daily Ability to work in Florida heat and weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from work Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
