Position Overview:
Landscape Crew Member As a Landscape Crew Member , you'll support daily construction and maintenance operations by completing essential tasks with quality and care. Essential Duties of a
Landscape Crew Member:
Mow, edge, weed, mulch, and install landscape features Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Follow production rates and project plans accurately Handle tools like shovels, rakes, hoes, and wheelbarrows Ensure installations align with company standards Maintain clean, safe job sites and report unsafe conditions Promote safety and environmental best practices Perform additional duties as needed Preferred Experience for
Landscape Crew Member:
At least 1 year in the landscaping industry (preferred but not required) Skills & Qualifications of a
Great Landscape Crew Member:
Team-focused with strong communication Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Knowledge of safe landscaping practices and tool use
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) Extended hours during busy seasons Physical labor with exposure to dust, pollen, insects, and machinery
