Responsibilities Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including backhoes, for grave preparation and related tasks. Perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping, mowing, trimming, and general upkeep of cemetery grounds. Assist with setting markers, monuments, and memorial structures. Ensure all work is completed with precision, respect, and pride. Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition. Support funeral services as needed with setup and logistics. Qualifications Experience operating a backhoe or similar heavy equipment is required. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Commitment to treating cemetery grounds and visitors with respect. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Benefits Competitive pay at $18/hour.
