What You Will Do Lead a 3 to 4-person commercial lawn maintenance crew daily. Direct crew members on proper mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup techniques. Manage time efficiently to ensure all properties are completed within scheduled timelines. Maintain a safe, productive, and positive team environment. Operate and oversee the care of commercial landscape equipment and trucks. Communicate effectively with property managers and company leadership.
