Overview Links Golf LLC, operating Sugarmill Woods Country Club and Citrus National Golf Club, is seeking reliable and motivated Golf Course Maintenance Workers / Equipment Operators . Our team plays a vital role in keeping the golf course safe, attractive, and enjoyable for players of all levels. This position involves routine outdoor maintenance, operation of turf equipment, and tasks that support the overall condition and appearance of the golf course. Responsibilities Perform daily golf course maintenance tasks under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent. Operate turf equipment and utility vehicles safely and according to training procedures. Complete tasks such as trimming, edging cart paths and sprinkler heads, bunker raking, debris blowing, and divot filling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance facility. Clean equipment after each use and report any mechanical issues to the Equipment Technician. Follow all safety procedures and training guidelines for each assigned task. Qualifications Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care practices, and landscaping techniques Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Capacity to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and walking. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Basic familiarity with maintenance procedures related to golf course equipment is a plus
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
