Help Wanted:

Full-Time Ranch Hand / Landscape Technician Equestrian Facility -

Howey-in-the-Hills, FL Starting Pay:

$22 per hour, paid weekly Flexible hours availableWe are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our team at a private equestrian facility. You will work independently maintaining beautiful grounds, paddocks, and arenas.

Required Experience:

Operating zero-turn mowers, diesel tractors, and walk-behind bush hogs Using trimmers, edgers, tillers, and chain saws General equipment maintenance and repair

Daily Duties:

Mowing lawns and paddocks, dragging arenas Spraying herbicides/pesticides along fence lines and driveways (PPE provided) Edging, weeding, landscaping, and tree trimming Keeping all areas clean and debris-free Minor equipment maintenance and repair Occasional lake/pond work in waders (cleaning and maintenance)

What We're Looking For:

Self-starter who can work independently Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic English communication preferred (Spanish is welcome) We offer: Full-time position with flexible hours Weekly pay Competitive hourly rate Opportunity to work around horses in a beautiful setting How to
