Duties Assist with landscape maintenance activities including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to keep grounds healthy and attractive Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape tools safely and efficiently Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to support proper care and landscaping design Perform irrigation system installation, repair, and adjustments to ensure optimal watering of landscapes Conduct landscape cleanup tasks such as debris removal, leaf blowing, snow plowing during winter months, and general grounds upkeep Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and team members Experience Previous outdoor work experience or landscaping background is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is highly valued Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, gardening, hardscape installation, and grounds equipment operation Familiarity with plant identification and horticulture principles to support plant health and landscape design Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, irrigation systems, pesticide management (if applicable), and groundskeeping equipment operation Ability to adhere strictly to safety procedures while working with outdoor equipment and handling potentially hazardous materials Experience with snow plowing or winter landscaping tasks is a plus but not mandatory Demonstrated physical stamina for outdoor labor involving lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a real difference!
