Duties Install various landscape features including plants, trees, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and garden elements with precision and care Operate a wide range of grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment such as power tools, mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems to ensure efficient project completion Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, tree trimming, planting, and groundskeeping to maintain the health and appearance of outdoor spaces Identify plants accurately to ensure proper placement and care; manage pest control using appropriate pesticide management techniques while adhering to safety protocols Implement hardscape installations like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures following project specifications Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members Assist with snow plowing and winter grounds maintenance when seasonal needs arise Qualifications Demonstrated outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscaping practices and grounds maintenance techniques Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and troubleshooting Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment, and irrigation systems safely and effectively Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, tree care practices, and gardening techniques Experience managing pesticide applications in accordance with safety standards and regulations Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating machinery in various weather conditions Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and quality workmanship Join us in creating breathtaking landscapes that inspire!
