Position Summary:

The Part-Time Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of the property. This position ensures all common areas, landscaping, and exterior amenities are well-maintained to provide a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and prospective residents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness of all community grounds, parking lots, sidewalks, breezeways, and common areas. Pick up litter and debris throughout the property daily. Empty and clean trash receptacles and pet waste stations. Operate leaf blowers, lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment safely. Pressure wash sidewalks, breezeways, buildings, and other exterior surfaces as needed. Clean community amenities, including pool areas, playgrounds, picnic areas, and dog parks. Report safety hazards, vandalism, or maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks and apartment turns when needed. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with residents and visitors. Assist with door to door trash pick up after hours, when applicable Perform other duties as assigned.
