Job Description
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Delivering an exceptional client experience to our client base through regular inquiry resolution, collateral processing activities, client analysis Support day to day operational work Support day to day client coverage for specific accounts Some MIS reporting, collaboration on projects such as procedure updates, automation projects, client profile maintenance To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in operations or client service in financial organization preferred Project / detail oriented Project work with AI / Digital tools
