We're seeking strong, capable, punctual and dedicated Landscape / Gardeners who shares our passion for excellence in the landscape

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain healthy gardens by providing proper care, trimming & pruning Install new plants, shrubs, trees, and flowers with attention to their health and growth needs Capable of following directions from Supervisor / Team Leader and work towards completion of these tasks with little oversight Provide exceptional detail to landscape care, design and overall property cleanliness Uphold company standards of service and contribute to the overall aesthetic and health of every property Communicate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed according to customer needs & expectations Perform labor tasks outdoors in varying and unfavorable weather conditions Physically capable of performing daily labor tasks (bending, kneeling, squatting standing) for 8+ hours and lifting / pulling up to 50 lbs Must be able to float between garden maintenance & landscape installation duties

MUST HAVE CLEAN / VALID DRIVER'S

LICENSE and reliable transportation

Qualifications:

Passion for plants, nature, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Ability to follow detailed instructions and deliver high-quality work Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness 2 years experience in landscape and / or detailed gardening preferred
