Job Overview Experience is a plus, but not a requirement - We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mower/Landscaper to join our outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes and ensuring outdoor spaces are safe, functional, and visually appealing. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and equipment operation will help create inviting environments for clients and communities alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and machinery, and contribute to the upkeep of vibrant green spaces. Duties Show up everyday Be on time and a team player Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to perform mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming tasks efficiently. Conduct grounds maintenance including leaf removal and hardscape upkeep such as pathways or patios. Follow safety protocols rigorously. Perform routine inspections of grounds and equipment to identify issues early and ensure all tools are in good working condition. Must be able to provide documentation confirming ability to work in the US. Experience Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing and pruning, Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, ground equipment, and irrigation systems safely and effectively. Experience with safety protocol adherence when operating heavy machinery like lawn mowers. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
