Duties Safely operate lawn care, grounds maintenance, and landscaping equipment including mowers. Transport crew members and equipment to various job sites efficiently and securely. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming trees and shrubs, planting identification, gardening, and hardscape upkeep. Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair, including pest management and plant care. Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations and the use of hand tools or power tools. Assist with tree trimming, pruning and other seasonal outdoor work as needed to maintain property standard. Experience Proven outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping projects. Mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment, power tools, and groundskeeping machinery. Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques such as mowing, pruning, planting, and hardscape care. Experience operating vehicles or trailers for transporting crew members and equipment across multiple sites. Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification, pest control practices, and irrigation system management. Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols while handling outdoor equipment and chemicals. Prior experience in tree care is a plus but not required; training will be provided for specialized tasks.
