Landscape Installation Crew Member This position focuses specifically on landscape installation and improvement projects. We are looking for people who work well with a crew, follow instructions, show up on time, and take pride in quality work. Previous landscaping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is dependable and willing to learn. Responsibilities Install plants, shrubs, trees, and palms Install sod Install mulch, rock, shell, and other landscape materials Prepare planting beds and landscape areas Remove existing plants and landscape materials Load and unload plants, materials, and equipment Perform digging, grading, and general site preparation Use hand tools and power equipment safely Assist with drainage and irrigation work when needed Keep job sites clean and organized Follow landscape plans and crew leader instructions Maintain a professional appearance on customer properties Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable and punctual Able to work Monday through Friday Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat, humidity, and weather Able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation Landscape installation experience is preferred Valid drivers license is preferred Experience driving trucks and trailers is a plus Equipment operating experience is a plus Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is helpful: Plant installation Tree and palm installation Sod installation Mulch installation Rock or shell installation Landscape edging Bed preparation Grading Drainage Irrigation Skid steer or landscape equipment operation Driving trucks and trailers Schedule Full time Monday through Friday Occasional Saturday work may be available or required depending on workload. Pay:
