Freedom Tree Pros is looking for a dependable, hard-working Ground Worker to join our growing tree service team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn't afraid of physical labor, and has their own truck with a trailer hitch for occasional dump runs. Tree service, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Assist with tree removals, trimming, pruning, and job site cleanup Drag, load, and haul brush, logs, and debris Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, blowers, and hand tools Assist climbers and crew leaders with rigging and ground operations Perform dump runs using your personal truck and hitch when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and directions from crew leaders Requirements Must own a reliable truck with a functioning trailer hitch Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and weather conditions Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Tree service, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Consistent work with a growing local company Hands-on training and skill development Supportive team environment Apply today and become part of the Freedom Tree Pros team!
