Job Overview Join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team as a Lawn Care Crew Member and bring vibrant, healthy landscapes to life! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, gardens, and grounds through skilled operation of landscaping equipment and hands-on care. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and attention to detail will help create inviting outdoor spaces that delight clients and enhance community environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools safely and efficiently to maintain turf and landscaped areas Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to ensure neat and attractive grounds Assist with planting, watering, and mulching to promote healthy plant growth Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers and hoses for optimal coverage Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments Conduct routine grounds inspections to identify hazards or maintenance needs and report accordingly Skills 1-3+ years of lawn care and/or landscape experience Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools for troubleshooting and repairs Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping techniques Ability to identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and common pests or diseases affecting them Familiarity with irrigation systems installation, repair, and operation Strong understanding of lawn care practices including mowing schedules and fertilization methods Ability to operate power tools safely while maintaining a focus on safety protocol adherence Outdoor work experience that demonstrates stamina, reliability, and attention to detail Basic horticulture knowledge to support plant health and landscape design efforts We value your dedication to outdoor work excellence and provide ongoing opportunities for growth in grounds maintenance and landscaping expertise.
