Salted Sands Landscaping is growing and actively hiring experienced or non experienced landscape crew members in the area. We are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in quality work and can perform at a high level without constant supervision. Who Should Apply This role is a strong fit if you: Are reliable and show up ready to work every day Take pride in clean, detailed craftsmanship Can work efficiently in Florida heat and changing weather Work well on a team and maintain a professional attitude Can work 10-12 hour days as needed Complete tasks without constant supervision Responsibilities Landscape projects including mulch, rock, pine straw, sod, grading, and plant installations, and other related tasks Lawn care work as needed (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and other related tasks) Property enhancements and general landscape work Load and unload equipment and materials safely Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Maintain clean, organized trucks, trailers, tools, and job sites Follow project plans while maintaining quality and efficiency on-site Other tasks instructed by superiors Minimum Qualifications Ability to tow and back a trailer confidently Valid Florida driver's license (required) Reliable transportation to and from meeting location (required) Ability to lift 75 lbs (required) Willing to work weekends when needed What We Offer Steady, year-round work with consistent hours A supportive, team-oriented environment that values hard work and reliability Opportunities for growth and advancement within a respected and expanding company
