Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive landscape maintenance services to ensure the health and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a keen eye for detail, the ability to operate various landscaping equipment (zero turn mower, stand on mower, walk behind mower, string trimmer, edger, blower, hedge trimmers, etc). Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance. Build and dig for planting beds, gardens, and other landscaping features. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and mechanical knowledge. Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently and effectively. Ability to follow instructions given via phone app, upload pictures upon completions of work, and ability to follow routing/maps given daily. Skills Proficient in landscape maintenance techniques and practices. Strong mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment. Ability to build and dig for various landscaping projects. Knowledge of gardening principles and plant care. Excellent physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
