Job Summary:
CHOICE SERVICES COMMERCIAL CLEANING LLC
is seeking a dependable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to maintain and improve the appearance and cleanliness of commercial properties. The successful candidate will perform routine grounds maintenance and outdoor property care while following company safety and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain lawns, landscaped areas, and other exterior grounds. Mow, edge, trim, and maintain grass and landscaped areas. Remove leaves, debris, litter, and other materials from grounds. Perform basic landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks. Maintain walkways, entrances, parking areas, and exterior common areas. Use and maintain landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment safely. Assist with seasonal cleanup and other outdoor maintenance activities. Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow established safety procedures and company policies. Perform other related duties as assigned.
