Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment including power tools,, trimmers, and isystems safely and efficiently Support tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Maintain hardscape features such as pathways, patios, and retaining walls by cleaning and minor repairs Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and injuries Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience or background in groundskeeping or landscaping is highly preferred Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, edging, pruning and planting Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment operation for efficient task completion Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus Strong adherence to safety protocols; committed to maintaining a safe work environment at all times Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials when needed Join us in creating stunning landscapes that inspire communities!
