Job Description
To assist in keeping the grounds of the college clean, well-manicured and attractive, and to provide such semi-skilled work through the use of tools and equipment in the maintenance of grounds. Perform general maintenance and specialized functions for educational facilities, campus grounds, building custodial maintenance and exterior of facilities in order to improve image of college and to provide for safety. Perform Building Maintenance task as needed and assist trades workers with repairs and maintenance. Perform security duties and assist campus security as needed.
