Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Crew Member to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will assist in various landscape maintenance tasks, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. This role requires a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, tree trimming, and irrigation. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects. Assist in building hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Dig and prepare soil for planting new trees, shrubs, and other plants. Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client specifications. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Requirements Previous experience in landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools used in landscaping. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and equipment use.
