This role is essential to ensure all common areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the entire property clean, organized, and in good condition. Ensure no large furniture or bulky items are left in trash containers. Open trash enclosures after garbage collection days. Organize trash containers when full and transfer waste to available ones. Transport large furniture or bulky items to designated areas. Regularly patrol the property to ensure everything is in order. Assist in special tasks that may require going up and down stairs. Use hand tools such as pruning shears for trimming shrubs and related tasks. Support additional operational duties as needed.

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Spanish language skills are a plus Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
