$24 - $27 per hour based on experience and practical tests Job Summary Tower Systems is actively hiring experienced Tower Technicians to perform all aspects of new construction, decoms, upgrades, co-locations, inspections, microwave, mapping, tower lighting, civils, and foundations. Installations and maintenance on all types of towers up to 800' tall.Qualifications Strong character:
motivated, dependable, honest, and safety-focused Knowledge of industry standards and best practices Proficiency with computers, office suites, data systems, and cameras — including laptops, tablets, smartphones, and printers. Ability to read construction drawings, assembly drawings, and RF data sheets Proficient in general industry knowledge, including rigging, knot tying, and signaling Knowledge of equipment use; driving trucks with enclosed trailers. Boom trucks (CDL required), skid steer, mini-excavator, etc. Knowledge of gin pole, winch, and capstan hoisting procedures Physical stamina to climb towers and lift/pull/push up to 80 lbs Ability to work 40-60 hours per week in all weather conditions Ability to crouch, kneel, twist, and climb using both hands Trade certifications are a plus Six-week rotations with one week off between rotations Willingness to travel extensively (passport recommended) Clean driving record.
