Responsibilities:

Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (make-readies/turns) Perform basic repairs including painting, drywall, flooring, light plumbing, and electrical Replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards prior to occupancy Maintain cleanliness of units and work areas Assist with general maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Why BG Staffing?
