Groundskeeper

The Condominium Community Maintenance Technician helps maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities ensuring all common property is properly maintained in a clean and aesthetically appealing condition of the Condominium Association, and reports to the General Manager. May include some or all of the following as applicable

• Reviews, coordinates, and completes work orders assigned by General Manager.
• Routinely inspects the community common grounds and reports items in need of a work order.
• Pressure washes common property throughout the common grounds, clubhouse, and pool.
• Pool maintenance as necessary.
• Daily drive of the community to inspect janitorial needs of trash in the common area, empty trash containers, and dog bins.
• Change Mailbox Locks and Copy Mailbox Keys as needed.
• Monitor Parking Passes & Assist Security with stickering vehicles.
• Change all Exterior Lightbulbs on buildings, garages, clubhouse, and pool.
• Clean Gym and Clubhouse
• equipment, floors, bathrooms, as needed
• Painting or touch-up of all common grounds as needed, i.e., curbs
• Act as liaison for maintenance items outside the scope (A/C, Dryer Vents cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, etc.)
• Comply with all safety regulations and standards and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules, Maintenance Standards Manual, Common Areas Manual, In-suite Standards, federal/state, local code
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
