Duties Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure pristine grass and landscape appearance Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools safely and efficiently Assist with landscape installation projects including planting, soil preparation, and hardscape setup Conduct tree care activities like pruning, trimming, and removal using appropriate equipment Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure healthy plant growth Maintain equipment through regular cleaning, inspection, and basic mechanical repairs to ensure optimal performance Skills Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping machinery and power tools Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening roles Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant health management Ability to use hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks Familiarity with excavation equipment such as excavators for larger landscape projects Understanding of construction practices related to hardscape features like patios or walkways Experience in tree care including trimming and pruning techniques Excellent maintenance skills for equipment upkeep and minor repairs Good physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
