Groundskeeper wanted for The Rowan Apartments, a brand new luxury apartment community. In supporting Cambridge Management Services, Inc.'s commitment to excellent customer service and a high quality living environment, the Porter/Groundskeeper, under the supervision of the General Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, is responsible for the general cleanliness and appearance of the property. Primary Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community's grounds, common areas, amenities, corridors, entryways, and other assigned areas. Complete routine property walks and promptly identify and report maintenance, safety, cleanliness, landscaping, or property-damage concerns. Pick up litter and debris throughout the property and help maintain excellent curb appeal. Assist with trash removal and maintaining cleanliness around trash collection areas. Assist with pressure washing and cleaning of exterior and common areas as needed. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of community amenities and resident spaces. Assist the maintenance team with basic maintenance-related tasks as directed and within the employee's training and ability. Assist with apartment preparation and other property-related projects as needed. Help ensure The Rowan is consistently maintained to the standards expected of a brand-new luxury apartment community . Communicate concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager and follow through on assigned tasks.

Current schedule:

Thursday through Monday , with Tuesday and Wednesday off. Schedule flexibility is required. Workdays and hours may be adjusted in the future based on staffing, operational, and business needs.

This schedule may change in the future based on the operational and staffing needs of the community.
