Hometown America has a unique opportunity available for a Groundskeeper at Palm Valley located in Oviedo, FL.
Ensure compliance with community guidelines by performing routine inspections to identify any storage, landscaping and other rule violations.
Document any violations to review with management.
Following safety procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles when moving from site to site and picking up supplies.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Job duties include:
Completing grounds work which may include mowing resident lawns, edging, trimming hedges/small trees, maintaining landscaping beds and other common areas.Ensure compliance with community guidelines by performing routine inspections to identify any storage, landscaping and other rule violations.
Document any violations to review with management.
Following safety procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles when moving from site to site and picking up supplies.
