We currently have one yard associate and are looking to add a second dependable team member to help support our growing operations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has nursery or landscape supply experience, and is comfortable operating equipment and handling large landscape materials. Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front-end loader (this is not a forklift), and other nursery equipment.
• Load and unload trucks with plants, palms, trees, sod, rock, mulch, soil, sand, and other landscape materials.
• Safely move large B&B trees and palms using tree strap and a tree boom.
• Wrap, secure, and prepare orders for customer pickup and delivery.
• Assist customers with loading materials into their vehicles.
• Bag decorative rock, gravel, mulch, and other landscape products.
• Prepare and fill super sacks with bulk materials.
• Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe nursery yard, including the mulch and rock areas.
• Communicate with the office regarding daily loading schedules, inventory needs, and materials that need to be ordered.
• Assist with general yard maintenance and daily nursery operations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and supporting the team. Qualifications
• Previous experience working at a nursery, landscape supply yard, or landscaping company is preferred.
• Experience operating a front-end loader is required.
• Experience handling large trees and palms using tree straps and a tree boom is preferred.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks and securing loads safely.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials.
• Comfortable working outdoors in the Florida heat and varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
