Grounds/Maintenance Crew Member - Legacy Golf Club (Panama City Beach, FL)

Panama City Beach, Florida Schedule:
Early mornings and weekends required (typical start time between 5:30-6:00 AM) About Us Legacy Golf Club is a premier golf destination in Panama City Beach, offering an exceptional golf experience on a beautifully maintained course. We take great pride in providing our members and guests with first-class playing conditions and a welcoming environment. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds/Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and playability of our golf course and facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in a job well done. Responsibilities Mow and maintain fairways, greens, roughs, and tee boxes Operate a variety of turf maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Assist with irrigation maintenance and repair Perform landscaping tasks such as trimming, edging, and debris cleanup Apply sand, topdressing, or fertilizer as directed Maintain bunkers and assist with course setup for daily play Support facility maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications Prior golf course or landscaping experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and work ethic Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor Reliable transportation and punctuality are required Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Golf privileges and employee discounts Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment in a beautiful outdoor setting Apply Today with Human Resources, Holiday Inn Resort.
